Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Please note: If a pre-order item is purchased along with another item, all items will ship together once everything is ready.

Orders typically ship within 5 business days. However, if the item is a pre-order, it may take 3–5 weeks to ship. For a more specific timeframe, please refer to the item description.

For international orders, shipping prices vary depending on the destination and parcel weight. Please be aware that some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes. Margquerit is not responsible for delays caused by customs, nor for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Mail Club: Shipping is included in the price. Please note: letters are sent out with stamps, they will not have tracking available. Please allow 2-3 weeks for USA delivery, 3-4 for international. CHANGE OF ADDRESS - please email me to verify your address if you have changed it, sometimes the system does not catch it in time, I want to make sure your letter gets to you safe and sound :)
